Refund Policy


Personalised Items

We do not accept returns or refund on personalised items.

All personalised products are made to order and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable.


Non-Personalised Items

Items that do not require personalisation may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and may take up to 7 days to appear once approved.


Queries & Issues

Any issues with your order must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.


Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be in a resaleable condition (unopened, unused, and in their original packaging).

Items returned in an unsuitable condition may not be eligible for a refund.


Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer


We do not currently offer free returns


Original postage charges are non-refundable
