As slate is a naturally occurring material, it may display subtle variations, markings, or surface irregularities such as fine lines or uneven textures. These are not imperfections, but inherent characteristics formed over thousands of years, which lend each piece its own unique charm and authenticity.

While I take great care to work around any significant flaws and to ensure a refined final finish, some natural variations are inevitable. These nuances are a hallmark of genuine slate and an integral part of its handcrafted appeal.

I do not retouch, enhance, or edit any photographs; each design is printed exactly as it is received. Therefore, I am unable to make alterations to submitted images.

Regrettably, I cannot accept responsibility for low-resolution, blurred, or poor-quality photographs, as I have no access to the original files for comparison. If you are using an older image, please note that the pixel quality may be reduced.

Please also be aware that minor variations in colour and clarity may occur due to the nature of the ink and heat transfer process. As this is a transfer rather than a direct print, slight differences in tone or sharpness are entirely normal and form part of the handcrafted finish.
